You wamt to know something... I don't have any cute little intro this week, so let's jump right into the the chaos we call Lost.
So, it looks like we may return to the flashback (or is it flash-forward?) format we have come to know and love. This week it was Sayid. Next week it will be Kate. I'm not sure about anything else, with the exception of the Finale. It will be called "The Incident". That should be interesting.
But moving on, we learned Sayid was arrested by some woman who looks kinda like Ana Lucia (well, she does to me). And he was being brought back to Guam so the family of the man he killed can get justice. Ok, that's cleared up. But something happened to everyone's favorite torturer. He seemed to have change, like everyone else. But I'm troubled by this change. I'm not sure what it is, but there is a change. Maybe will get more insight over the course of the season.
So, the torturer becomes the tortured. And speaking of change, what the hell happened to Sawyer? Now he's LaFluer, but still that should not change who a person is. Sawyer never would have let this happen to Sayid. I'm not sure if I like LaFluer, and I know many people agree (mostly for the fling he has with Juliette).
And then the last 5 minutes was birlliant. Did Ben set that van of fire and cause the crash? I'm not sure if we know for sure. But it's a great distraction to cover an escape. Little creepy Ben went with Sayid, but ended up diying (?). WTF? What happens now? Or did he survive?
The Lost time traveling is confusing. Daniel Faraday said you can't change the future, but I think you can. Juliette caused the dirt to uncover part of the hatch the way Locke found it. There are a few others, but I can't think of them of the top of my head. I need clarification!
Top 3 Questions I want Answered:
1). Is Ben really dead?
2). Who set the truck on fire, and for what purpose?
3). Why are some people in the present, but some are in the past?

General Hospital Weekly Roundup: Week of March 16
GH is, unfortunately getting progessingly worse. The sweeps we had in Feb. were awesome, not the best, but awesome notheless. I thought GH was going to get out of it's little funk and be back in all the glory it had once been. I was mistaken.
Spinelli has brough so much to the show. Humor, quirkiness, and a super cool language. To much of a good thing can be bad though. Don't get me wrong, Spinelli is awesome, but it's all about him now. And Winnifred- please leave. Please? You are an immature little girl who needs to go through puberty already. Leave Spinelli and Maxie alone.
I won't go in much about Robin, the monster, due to my column last week being almost all about her. But let's just say she'll get her cumapance this week, and will hopefully finally accept she has PPD and get help. That's all I'll say. :)
Jax and Carly- YAY! These people are great together, truly. But this week, Jax will learn about Claudia's involvement with Micheal, and will keep it from Carly. I don;t see them lasting together much longer at this point.
Now, for a big story- I'm hearing rumors that Ms. Helena Cassidine is coming back to Port Charles! This is what I think should happen: Helena paid Diego (Text Message Killer) to straggle Emily till she was inconsious. Then, Helena came in through a Wyndemere passageway to kidnapp her and brianwash her. That's what I think is a cool storyline, but we'll probably get something crappy.
Let's hope next week is better.

Namaste
*Editor's Note: I've been exhausted since the Wicked Trip, so I'm using that as my excuse for the late Lost article. Hopefully I'll have everything on time next week!
Namaste- "I bow to you". That's what it literally means. It has it's roots in the Hindu relgion. Hinduism also features 2 concepts called karma and DHARMA. Hmmm... I've been saying for a long time (well actually about a year) that the Dharma Initiative was named for a specific reason. I think it's great that we're in this time period so we can find out more about this mysterious group.
You know what's also mysterious? Why did Lapidus land the plane without it crshing? The island must really like him, or maybe is mad he didn't fly the plane on 9/22/04. Or maybe the island didn't want him to fly the plane becuase he would be dead and wouldn't be able to complete his mission, if he has one. And the most obvious question: Why is Sun the only person of the Oceanic 6 in the present? (not including Aaron, if he is indeed in the present).
So, Sawyer is in charge more or less, and it's killing Jack. You can really tell. Now how is he going to react to actually seeing Sawyer with Juliet? Is he going to run to Kate, just like Kate ran to him oh so many times?
And what about my boy Christian Shepheard. What a religous name. What's his deal? I think he may actually be Jacob. I think Jacob is considered the god of the island, so the allusion would make sense. You can see religion is big on Lost. I'm sure we'll find out more about it soon. But anyway, he just likes to appear out of nowhere. But he's dead. Yet his body was not in that coffin in Season 1. So is he alive like Locke? Are these 2 characters one in the same?
Sayid is captured. Yes he is. You know it's fake though because anyone who knows Sayid know thathe would have that guy in the DHARMA station in a full nelson in 2 seconds flat. And then he meets little creepy Ben. I say creepy because the kid looks just like older Ben. Wierd, isn't it?
Before I sign off, I'd just like to probe a theory. What if these people are back in the 70's to kill Ben and stop The Purge? What if the island wasn't happy with it's choosing of Ben to be the leader, and wants The Survivors to stop from happening. Just a thought.
Top 3 Questions I want answered:
1). Why is Sun in the present and not in the 70s?
2). What happened to everyone the night before they came back?
3). How are they going to fix this like Christian said?

Wicked: A Review

Hello, all! I am here to give you my review of Wicked, which I was able to see with my English Honors Class last night on Broadway. Alright, let’s get started!
We left school a little while after it ended, around 2:45. We stop at the Palisades Mall for dinner. We finnaly get to the city at 6:30. We get off the bus, walk a few blocks, and get to the Gershwin Theater. We get seated, get snacks ($7 water bottle!?!?), but the play is delayed for about 20 minutes due to a technical error. Finally, it starts.
The play tells what really happened in Oz. The Good Witch, Glinda, was a snobby, preppy, spoiled girl. The Wicked Witch, Elphaba, was discrimated becuase of her green skin, and hated by her father. One thing leads to another, and when the Wizard wants Elphaba's powers to hurt animals, she refuses, causing her to be considered a "wicked Witch".
So as for my review… I thought it was really good show. Being a person who hates the Wizard of Oz, I didn’t know what to expect. The singing was great, and it was actually pretty funny, something I wasn’t expecting. I especially like the references to Dorothy. Although you never see her, you see Glinda sending her down the Yellow Brick road, as she confesses to herself she was bad at giving directions. When The Wicked Witch of the East sees her sister and asks what she’s doing at her house, the Wicked Witch of the West replies “Well, there’s no place like home”. It’s also cool how everything from the movie and the play comes together in the end, it puts a great perspective on the play. Very well done, it’s become my second favorite play, right after Phantom of the Opera.
So that’s it! After the play, we went home, go back to the school around 12:00AM. I finally went to bed around 1AM, and woke up at 6AM to go back to school. The weird thing is that I’m not tired though.

General Hospital Weekly Roundup: Week of March 9
*Editor's Note: Lats week, my GH links unfortunately did not work. So, on Mondays, I will be doing the GH Roundup. This will push my Disneyland News and Info column to Tuesdays. Also, thanks to the people for the kind birthday wishes. :)
You can learn many things from TV. Why just the other day in health class, we were learning about Post Pardum Depression. I talked about what is happening to Robin. I was laughed at. For this is not PPD. Have any of you left your child for over an hour in a restaurant? It is a long, boring aggrivating storyline. A great couple turned bad, thank you Mr. Guza.
At least Carly and Jax are happy. That is for now. Carly and Jax have got to be my favorite couple. I used to like Sonny/Carly, but that ship has sailed. Rumors have it that the "Carjax" marriage could be sailing away again. Supposedly, Jax will find out about Claudia's secret and not tell Carly. Big mistake. Why is there such a high divorce rate in Port Charles?
One couple who seems happy is Sonny and Claudia. I mean sex twice in one week. Wow! Although I'm fairly certain Sonny is going to find out about Claudia's invlovement with Micheal's shooting in the next 2 weeks. But Ric and Jax will find out first. But she's not going anywhere. Why? Perhaps there's a child growing inside of her as I type this. Hmmmm...
Big, controversial news in GH land. Micheal is waking up in April, but he will look really different. That's becuase he is being played by Drew Garrett. I'm sorry, but Dylan Cash is the one and only Micheal. The 4 Carlys I can deal with (Tamara Braun and Laura Wright are the best) but there's only 1 Micheal Corinthos. Well, there;s actually 3, but you get my point, right?
Let's hope next week is better.
